Behind The Scenes Of Bleachlight (A Tutorial) by Laikkuseia Behind The Scenes Of Bleachlight (A Tutorial) by Laikkuseia
Hello everyone.
Not drawing anything for BL was killing me, so I snuck in something behind my editor's back! :evillaugh:

I'm REALLY busy now I can't even sleep or eat. I draw around 20 pages in the weekend and have to start drafting and on top of that it has to be 'cool' and 'unique' or my editor won't like it.

:iconohokayplz:

This is totally free and you can download it and all. I'm just giving back to the community.

The BL contest will begin soon... I hope I have enough time since school is also beginning to be hectic... grah.

Thanks everyone and I hope you are still waiting patiently! BTW, is anyone else pissed that ACTA took down Bleach from various mangahosting sites already!?!??!

Those trolls.

Lai

Hey, Lai? Do you think you could help me out? I got a new speedball nib pen for X-mas, and new black indian ink, the problem is, I don't exactly know how to use it, because I've always used a different calligraphy pen. Do you have any sort of advice you can give me?

Sincerely and awkwardly, Tenshi-tan

Tenshi-tan~
Basically you just dip the speedball in an ink pot. But take care! Don't leave indian ink in open air too long, it'll fade. Just pour out on a different part, and seal very tightly the ink pot. Don't dip too long, don't stress the nib. Be light on all actions~

The rest, just wing eht.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you~!!!!!
Actually, I can't thank you enough for posting this!! I've always wanted to know the process of drawing mangas and this just helped me a lot! I've been drawing mostly random parts for mine with pencil and couldn't quite get that 'manga-ish' feel...but then this...it's a total life saver! So again thank you for sharing, sensei~!! :worship::worship::highfive::huggle:

Hey Lai! I have a questione, what kind of paper do you draw bleachlight on?

Just ordinary paper~
IMO, You should always aim to get the thickest paper, or the paper with higher substance ^^
